What is Food Rescue?

It's the heroic act of gathering safe, edible food from donors and delivering it where it's needed most—keeping it out of landfills and on tables. Why It Matters: In the U.S., up to 40% of produce is discarded for cosmetic reasons alone, and "best by" dates often mean "still delicious." We're here to change that narrative, one rescue at a time.
